Our process always begins with a conversation, where we discuss the concept, form, and function of the piece you have in mind. Following this initial conversation we provide you with a basic 3D model, primarily to establish the proportions and size of the piece. Once any modifications have been made we can showcase samples of the proposed timber and materials for the piece, as well as finishing options and any hardware that might be used. 

Following these initial consultations, we will provide you with a project quote and a payment schedule that suits your needs. We typically require an upfront payment of 50% of the total cost. Completed items can be delivered in person at your convenience.
